What is a silk base closure?
A Silk Base Lace Front Closure is a closure piece that is worn in the crown (horseshoe) area of a weave to provide a natural looking hair line and part. The base of the closure is a silk material which the hair is injected into creating the illusion of hair growing from out of the scalp, and therefore can be parted and styled in any matter. The Silk Base Closures is commonly attached onto a cornrow base.

What is the size of your Silk Base Lace Front Closure?
Our Silk Base Lace Front Closures are measured at 3.5" X 4". The size of our closures will not give you a "weavy/wiggy" appearance as the hair density is not heavy or too full.
What are the textures and hair type that you offer for your Silk Base Lace Front Closure?
All of our silk base closures are Indian Remy human hair. The textures we offer are straight, body wave, and curly.
How much hair is needed for a weave?
Partial weave: (half head) normally 4 oz which is equal to (1 pack)
Full Head weave: 8 oz of hair (2 packs).
Full weave with closure: 6 oz (1 1/2 pack)
However this will vary per individual.
Will hair look exactly like the hair in the picture?
Since all of our hair is grown by a donor there is a slight variation in color and texture between each bundle and between the hairs in the pictures. The pictures are meant to give you an idea of what to expect with the different textures we offer.
Can hair extensions be dyed?
Yes, our hair products can be dyed, however it is advised to always do a color strand test first.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa and Personal Checks as processed via PayPal.
Can orders be placed over the phone?
All orders must be placed online.
Order Process?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours of payment. We ship all orders priority mail, which can take 2-5 days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options is also available at the time of check out.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with signature confirmation and tracking number provided via email. We also offer Express Mail (next business day) for an additional fee of $19.95.
Express Delivery /Next day:
Yes, we can ship your product out the same day for next day delivery if ordered before 12:00pm PST. Please note some states/rural areas delivery will be 1-2 days.
What happens if an item I order is out of stock/back order?
Under rare and unusual
circumstances insufficient inventory conditions are unavoidable;
although we are committed to doing our best in preventing this from
happening, in some periods the inventory on hand is not sufficient to
complete an order. If this is the case, items purchased will be back
ordered and shipped once inventory levels have been corrected
usually within a 2 to 3 days, should you not choose to wait your order
will be cancelled and refunded. Unless you are notified of a back ordered item,
your order will ship accordingly.
Changes/Cancellations?
Please make sure to review your order carefully before pressing submit. Once order has been processed NO cancellation or changes can be made.
Returns?
At My Jazzy Hair your complete satisfaction is guaranteed with any closure and hair purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping & handling) or exchange within 10 days of the shipping date of your order. All returns must be in new condition, not worn or altered with original package. All merchandise must have the original tag attached in original package.
You may return your hair products within 10 days of shipping date. Any used and opened hair products will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
